Officially Jinxed?

Well, I'm frustrated so I'm going to declare myself officially jinxed with Rachel's potty training. Yesterday she had like 6 accidents and today she didn't make if for a poop (she hasn't done that in 2 weeks)... Oh well, I'm back to making her go every hour in hopes of no leaks.

- Our home computer is broken so I can't easily show the few new pictures I have. 3rd time in the shop for the same problem. :-(

- Friday: Rachel, Derek and I went swimming up the street. Sure made me wish we had the convince of a pool in our backyard. The urge quickly passed....

- Saturday: we had Kathleen babysit for a while so that we could clear out the office, we got a little done - but so much more sorting to go. (We bought new office furniture and I'm not allowing anything in it unless its sorted though first).

- Sunday: we had family picture taken in the backyard and down the trails by the creek by our house. We've never had 'real' pictures taken before so I hope they turn out. Angela Roadman took them, a neighbors friend.

-Monday: Rachel, Derek and I went to Rock'N River Family Aquatic Center, It was fun and I was impressed that it was only $7 for the 3 of us. They don't allow outside floaties, so I struggled carrying all the stuff in plus 2 floaties, just to find out I had to hold Derek the whole time. But Rachel LOVED the baby pool with its turtle slide. I had to DRAG Rachel out of the water to go home, she wanted to stay all day.

- Today (Tuesday): back to work for me, I'm not loving my new schedule. Rachel usually says 'bye mom' when I leave for work, doesn't seem to affect her at all, but today she kept saying Mommy, mommy... and was so upset. I hope this isn't a new phase... maybe she's just tired - she only got a 1/2 hour nap after her long day yesterday.

- Speaking of phases.... Rachel use to wake up every morning at 8am, you could set your watch on her. For the last month its ~7am - like clock work.... What happened!!!! How do I change her clock back?

Not sure any of this will interest anyone, but now I have a log (blog) of my week :-)
